The appartment was spacious with good views, the staff was happy to help, but they are not available all the time.

The front (terrace door) did not feel 100% safe when locked. Also the location is little bit off the main action, there is only tiny beach below the hill with no restaurants etc. So own transport is recommended. Also finding the place itself is not easy job.

Residence is in an nice place over the see. Good basis for exploring south coast of Sicily, where the best beaches are. The owner Domenico is kind and helpful.

Very friendly staff, we got all the information and help we needed. Sciacca is a very nice city with good restaurants. Beach by the hotel is peaceful - no bars and restaurants, only sand and crystal clear sea.

The Hotel Manager was wonderful, accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Any movement could be heard even when guests were staying three doors away.

Not exactly straightforward to reach

Neat complex of apartments. Prepared and cleaned for comfort stay.

Bathroom was not the best. No toilet paper. Water pressure in shower was poor. Longer walk to/from beach down/up hill and beach was not the best.

For those who travels by the car - an excellent variant. 7 kilometres from the city of Sciacca. On foot to the sea by stair approximately 300 metres. The beach is not crowded and clear. Rooms in hotel cosy, with the big balcony. Kitchen - very convenient thing in the conditions of the Italian siesta. The personnel very benevolent. It is convenient to reach Palermo on highways.

You will need a car if you are going to stay there. It's good family hotel with great and friendly owners.It hasn't got a lot of entertainment around, there is no shops and bars that can be reached by walking. But, if you rent a car, it could be very quite and cozy place for staying. There is a beautiful beach nearby (Eraclea Minoa), it's on half way to Agrigento - another Sicily's sight. The way to Palermo takes about one hour. I liked the staying there.

It's hard to find the location even using iGo with the latest maps. There is a big billboard on the road showing direction to the hotel. But even using this sign it's still hard to find it. Dominico, you have to do something with it. Another thing I didn't like were payable towels. You know, 4 euro for the towels per person is not big deal, but it's still unpleasant.

We really enjoyed our time in Residence Capo San Marco & Renella. The whole area was very beautiful and peaceful, included the nice sandbeach, that was not too crowded and locaded close to the hotel. Stuff was friendly, apartment clean and view from the big balcony amazing. This hotel is the best value for the money we found in Sicily.
